COURSE DESCRIPTIONS
THAI MASSAGE
Level 1 will cover how to give a full 1.5 - 2 hour massage. Content will include an introduction to energy lines, breath work, meditation, utilizing proper body mechanics, chanting and yoga. The last day of the training will also include a practicum of giving a 75-minute session to the 'public'. A certification of the "Foundations of Thai Yoga Massage" will be awarded upon completion of the workshop and practicum.
Foundations 1

Foundations 3
Level 3 will expand on the seated portion of the practice, as well as deeper focus on the sen linework. We will begin the ‘fancy dance moves’ of transitioning, introduction to Therapeutics, and discuss more advanced sequencing. If it has been more than one year between taking the Level 1 & 2 trainings, it is recommended that students take a 'refresher course' of the Level II training.

Foundations 2
Level 2 will offer another full sequence of Traditional Thai Yoga Massage, expanding on the 'Foundations of Thai Yoga Massage Certification Level I.' In addition to covering content that will enable you to give up to a 2.5 hour massage, there will be more focus on body mechanics, breath work, side-lying positions, advanced transitions, and working with different body types and 'challenges.'

Foundations 4
Level 4 will focus on hands-on individual refinement of technique with the instructor, as well as deepen and expand upon everything learned in Levels 1-3. It will include abdominal massage, and intro to 'jap sen', thumbing point work, and sequencing. If it has been more than one year between taking the Level 3 trainings, it is recommended that students take a 'refresher course' of the Level 3 training.

Hands Free
Hands Free will cover how to utilize the feet, knees, elbows, and full body weight to find ease and longevity in the giver's practice. Content will include introduction to sen lines, breath work, meditation, proper body mechanics, and RDT. Ideal for bodyworkers, massage therapists, yoga teachers, AcroYogis, and anyone with a preexisting Thai Massage practice. Previous experience required to join.

Acupressure
นวดกดจุด Thai Acupressure is a form of traditional therapy that deploys pressure and access points to aid in the release of muscle tension or stagnation. It is a vital tool for Thai Massage Practitioners to utilize during a session. We offer introductory workshops and the certification coursework is completed via our Affiliate Faculty's Programs.

Reusi Dat Ton
Reusi Dat Ton - "Hermit Self Care" yet more known as "Thai Yoga" - is a system of dynamic and static physical postures and exercises designed to provide self-care and promote general health. It is said that RDT is the origin of Thai Massage. We offer introductory workshops and the certification courses for RDT are completed via our Affiliate Faculty's Programs.

Reflexology
Modern Thai reflexology stems from it's Chinese and Ancient Indian Medicine relatives, but is said to originate in the Shan and Tai Yai cultures of Ancient Siam. Reflexology focuses on utilitzes specific techniques and points on the feet, which give then translate and effect the rest of the body. Sessions are typically shorter than a full Thai Massage, and are ideal for people on the go.

Table Thai
Thai Massage for the Table is ideal for existing practitioners, especially Massage Therapists, Physical Therapists, and Personal Trainers. The focus will be on stretching, range of motion, compression techniques, how to use body leverages, hands, elbows, and knees as a stand alone treatment of incorporated into other massage modalities.

Prenatal
Are you looking to support pregnant Mamas through the healing touch of Thai Massage? Learn how to address many of the common stresses as her body shifts and changes with pregnancy. We will review trimesters, contraindications, and special techniques to keep Mama and baby safe. You will leave this training with skills and knowledge to support your pregnant clients throughout pregnancy.

Tok Sen
ตอกเส้น Tok Sen is a percussion based therapy that originated in the Lanna Kingdom with the Shan or ไทใหญ่ Tai Yai people. Using a set of wooden instruments, ones taps along channel lines with proper tempo, amplitude, and placement. For those wishing to deepen their knowledge and receive traditional initiation we suggest our friends at: Escuela Nuad Thai.

Thai Medicine
This coursework involves in-depth background knowledge into Thai Medicine, Thai Medical Theory, Traditional Thai Therapies, and the use of Thai herbs for Traditional Therapies. The certification coursework in Thai Medicine is completed via our Affiliate Faculty's Programs whom specialize in these unique and essential subjects.
DHAMMA & CULTURAL STUDIES
Level 1 will cover how to give a full 1.5 - 2 hour massage. Content will include an introduction to energy lines, breath work, meditation, utilizing proper body mechanics, chanting and yoga. The last day of the training will also include a practicum of giving a 75-minute session to the 'public'. Dharma Talks
Traditionally Massage practitioners were taught how to clarify their morals and virtue before learning how to give a massage. Dharma Talks cover a variety of subjects from lessons on self understanding, self-development, and practical exercises for immediate application to life. Supplementary lessons include Buddhist Scripture and it's relations to Traditional Thai Medicine.

Culture
Dive into the culture, ritual, and history of Thailand particularly as it relates to Thai Medicine. Subjects covered are common customs, basic language, the ไหว้ครู Wai Kru, etiquette, and general safety in the Land of Smiles. This course is ideal for those interested in the Thai Life, preparing to visit Thailand, or wishing to deepen their understanding in the culture and ritual practices of Thailand.

Meditation
One of the most important skills to have as a Thai Massage practitioner. Harnessing the power of the mind and developing focus, attention span, mental receptivity, equanimity, compassion, and stability of mind and emotion directly relate to how well one can provide a Thai Massage session. This course covers basic techniques and principles to be used in developing a very strong and stable foundation in meditation.
